PC 2014-15 and CP 2014-01 Hotel Marisol (Ann Keyser): Consideration of an application for a Major Special Use Permit pursuant to Sections 84.10.090(b)(1) and 86.55.195 of the Coronado Municipal Code, to allow for the “commercial” use of the historically designated site addressed as 1019 Park Place and located in the R-3 (Multiple Family Residential) Zone, and consideration of an application for a Coastal Permit, pursuant to Section 86.70.050 of the Coronado Municipal Code, in conjunction with the Major Special Use Permit application.
