PC 2015-10 PALACEK FAMILY TRUST: Request for a variance from Coronado Municipal Code Section 86.10.050.C Rear Yard required to allow the construction of a new roof in a required second story rear yard setback for an existing two story, single family dwelling, addressed as 260 H Avenue and located in the R-1B (Single Family Residential) Zone.
PC 2015-13 SERNA FAMILY TRUST: Request for a variance from Section 86.14.080 of the Coronado Municipal Code to allow a reduced street side yard setback for a proposed new single family dwelling addressed as 478 F Avenue and located in the R-3 (Multiple Family Residential) Zone.
