PC 2015-16/CP 2015-03 CALIBER HOMES LOANS, INC.: Request for approval of a Minor Special Use Permit and a Coastal Permit to operate a Formula Business at 1033 B Avenue, Suite 303, in the Commercial Zone of the Orange Avenue Corridor Specific Plan.
PC 2015-17 EVANS, CHRISTINE & EDWARD P. JR.: Request for a variance from Sections 86.14.080 and 86.58.030 and 86.58.060 of the Coronado Municipal Code to allow a reduced street side yard setback, one uncovered and one enclosed parking space per dwelling, and tandem parking for a proposed new residential duplex addressed as 900 G Avenue and located in the R-3 (Multiple Family Residential) Zone.
