DR 2021-19 1000 C Avenue - Request for exterior site design approval for fencing constructed to conceal utilities throughout the site, a revised awning design, and other site improvements on the block bounded by Orange Avenue, C Avenue and Tenth Street in the C/OACSP (Commercial/Orange Avenue Corridor Specific Plan) Zone for the property known as ‘The Shops at Coronado.’ This item was continued from the July 28, 2021 as well as the October 13, 2021 Design Review Commission meeting.
