250 Prospect Place (DR 2024-16) – Request for exterior design approval for new signage at Sharp Coronado Hospital located at 250 Prospect Place in the Civic Use (C-U) Zone, and a determination that the Project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to State CEQA Guideline 15311(a). This item was continued from the July 10, 2024 Design Review Commission hearing at the request of the applicant.
