Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Ordinance – Consideration of an ordinance of the City of Coronado amending Section 86.56.105 of the Coronado Municipal Code to clarify that new development projects that include a new single-family residence and an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) are required to comply with floor area ratio and other applicable development standards contained in the City’s zoning ordinance.
