PC 2013-08 CITY OF CORONADO – Consideration of an ordinance amending portions of the Coronado Municipal Code to implement the recommendations of the Residential Standards Improvement Program (RSIP-3) Committee. Said amendments pertain to single-family and multi-family development standards in all residential zones and include but are not limited to the following: off-street parking; Floor Area Ratio (FAR); building height; building mass; roof decks, roof dormers; and non-conforming structures. The following Chapters of the Coronado Municipal Code are proposed to be amended: Chapter 80.00, 82.12, 86.04, 86.08, 86.09, 86.10,86.14, 86.50, 86.56 and 86.58.
