PC 2017-07 CITY OF CORONADO – Consideration of an Ordinance amending portions of the Coronado Municipal Code to provide for regulations concerning accessory dwelling units in residential zones in the City of Coronado.

PC 2017-08 CITY OF CORONADO - Consideration of an Ordinance to prohibit the establishment and operation of all commercial marijuana activities, including marijuana cultivation, processing, delivery, and dispensary activities in the City of Coronado.

PC 2017-09 CITY OF CORONADO - Consideration of an Ordinance amending portions of the Coronado Municipal Code to clarify previously adopted Residential Development Standards as part of the Residential Standards Improvement Program (RSIP-3). Said amendments include the following: the definition of a panhandle lot; the height measurement of fences, walls or hedges; the location of mechanical equipment and the undergrounding of utilities. The following sections of the Coronado Municipal Code are proposed to be amended: 86.04.295, 86.04.473, 86.56.120, 86.56.159 and 86.56.840.
